At That Time, we’re delighted to offer FREE shipping on all orders. We want your experience to feel simple, smooth, and stress-free from checkout to delivery.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. An order is considered “dispatched” once it’s been handed to the shipping carrier and is officially on its way to you.

During holiday seasons or peak periods, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days, but we work hard to keep things moving quickly.


Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times will depend on your location and the carrier’s transit schedule. Please refer to the estimated delivery windows below:

Please note: Carriers may experience delays during peak shopping periods or holidays. International shipments may also encounter customs-related delays that extend delivery times.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

To ensure your package arrives without delay, please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or cancellation.

If our system detects a possible address issue, our team will reach out within 3 business days to confirm your details. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you catch an error in your shipping address, please email us at hello@ownthattime.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do everything we can to help, though we cannot guarantee changes after the 24-hour window.


Delayed Delivery

We know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we aim to send every package out as quickly as possible. However, certain delays—such as weather conditions, courier issues, customs processing, or unexpected transit disruptions—are outside our control.

If your delivery seems delayed, we encourage you to contact the courier directly with your tracking number for the fastest update. Of course, you can also reach out to us anytime, and we’ll support you however we can.

Please note: That Time cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package. Once your order has been handed to the courier, it becomes part of their delivery network. If something goes wrong along the way, please email us at hello@ownthattime.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they often require this step to begin an investigation. We will follow up on our end as well.

Please note: Lost or stolen packages are not covered under our refund policy, but depending on the situation, we may be able to offer a replacement as a courtesy.

If the courier confirms that the package cannot be located, filing a police report may be required in certain cases.
