Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to modify it.

Any cancellation made within the 24-hour period will be refunded within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We package every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help. A product is considered damaged if the item itself is defective or physically broken. Normal wear to packaging during transit (such as dents or scuffs) is not considered damage if the product is unharmed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@ownthattime.com, and attach a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it and determine whether a replacement can be issued at no cost.

We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or replace items that are damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship your order promptly, but delivery timelines depend on the courier and may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather, customs delays, or carrier-related issues.

If you experience a delivery problem (lost package, delayed shipment, tracking concerns), please contact the courier directly for the fastest assistance.

That Time is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the order can be intercepted, re-routed, resent, or refunded.
